Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- 1+ years of experience in an HR role or administrative position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
