This Recruiter Position Features:
- Contract Position (6-months with possible extension)
- Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days WFH)
- Location: Des Moines, IA
- Monday – Friday (8 am to 4 pm)
- Great Pay from $27/hr to $33/hr
Job Responsibilities:
· Act as an ambassador and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand
· Build recruiting strategies for open positions
· Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract highly skilled diverse talent
· Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, including the offer and closing of candidates
· Keep managers and candidates informed on the status of the process
· Maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter
· Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent
· Highly developed communication skills- both written and verbal
· Prior agency experience is a plus
· Strong consulting and problem solving skills
