Source and engage candidates for hourly, entry-level, and frontline roles using Boolean search, resume databases, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs in our ATS/CRM systems.
Support compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and other sourcing regulations.
1–3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-volume setting (agency or corporate).
Proven success in attracting and engaging large volumes of candidates weekly.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Resilient, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
Experience with sourcing tools and platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, and ATS systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
Background in agency recruiting or internal high-volume sourcing.
Familiarity with compliance standards in sourcing.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
