Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various marketing and networking strategies.
* Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top talent. *Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Qualifications: Previous experience in staffing and business development is essential. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Agency experience is a must.
