(3) Regional Managers needed to work for a non-profit organization located in Downtown L.A.

Provides strategic technical business assistance, including attraction, retention, expansion, job growth and layoff aversion assistance to companies

Market and promote Los Angeles County in the specific region through outreach to targeted key industries and businesses through monthly business visits and in-person consultations and presentations

Assess needs of “at risk” businesses, develop an action plan of resources and enroll business in an appropriate program to help sustain companies and reduce the loss of businesses and jobs in the region

Develop and manage a pipeline of projects in the region for business attraction, retention and expansion to ensure annual goals and contract Scope of Work (SOW) requirements are met

Provide Customer Satisfaction Survey from business clients participating in business assistance or layoff aversion services, earning a favorable customer satisfaction rate

Develop and maintain professional relationships with established economic and workforce development partners, regulatory agencies and local government within the region

Bilingual Spanish/Chinese is a strong plus!
