Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Leader to oversee sales operations for the Honeywell Security portfolio across North America in the West Region. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver innovative security solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Primary customer focus is the Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel across North America in the West region.
Responsibilities

- This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver innovative security solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.
- Primary customer focus is the Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel across North America.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in building automation, security technology, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed targets within a complex, multi-state or multi-country territory.
- Strong understanding of electronic security systems, building automation technologies, and integration solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regularly across North America.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Remote, but must be located in the West of the United States

The annual base salary range for this position is <$135K – $165K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
