We’re hiring a Regional Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations across multiple locations, spending 80% of time in the field and attending corporate meetings in Monrovia when needed.
This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Candidates must have 5–7 years of restaurant experience, 3–5 years in multi-unit management, and strong financial planning skills.
A company vehicle is provided, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.
