Job Title: Research & Data Entry Specialist- Returned Mail
Location: Onsite- Sioux Falls, SD 57104
Pay Rate: $18.88
Target Start Date: We aim to select a candidate and begin the background process before the week of January 12.
About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join a Fortune 500 Banking Company in an independent, production-focused role. This position plays a key part in supporting operational goals by ensuring accurate and timely research within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research within bank’s system of record to locate updated addresses for customers in response to returned mail.
- Work primarily with credit card accounts to identify and verify accurate address information.
- Navigate multiple internal applications simultaneously to complete research efficiently and accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills, including 10-key proficiency, and ability to work across multiple systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet productivity goals.

- Attendance & Punctuality: Consistent and reliable presence is critical.
- Productivity: Ability to meet or exceed daily production targets.
