Immediate need for an experienced Roofing Sales rep with experience in both commercial and residential roofing. This opportunity will be responsible for sourcing new business as well as account management and duties will include the following:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
-Identify and develop new commercial roofing opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and site visits
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial clients
-Conduct roof inspections, gather technical information, and document project needs
-Sales Strategy and Client Management
-Present tailored commercial roofing solutions including TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, and re-roofing options
-Prepare proposals, bids, and project estimates
-Follow up on open bids and negotiate terms to close deals
-Maintain CRM accuracy, activity tracking, and pipeline forecasting
Collaboration and Project Coordination
-Partner with estimators, project managers, and field teams to ensure proper scope, pricing, and job setup
-Attend job walks, pre-construction meetings, and project updates
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships to support repeat business
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Roofing sales rep with knowledge of industry products, services and materials, specifically coating
