Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry, is looking for a Safety Services Administrator. Key qualifications include 1+ years of experience in Safety Audits, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, and Disaster Preparedness. A Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Health, or Public Affairs is required.

responsibilities:
- Emergency Planning & Communication: Develop reunification plans for dynamic assets and create communication keywords (Nixle) for them.
- Resource Management & Auditing: Assist with documenting emergency assembly points, auditing existing emergency resources, and checking equipment inventory.
- Administrative & System Maintenance: Maintain department SharePoint sites and MS Teams Channels, and update crisis management contact lists in documents and systems.
- Strategic & Training Support: Design executive summaries of strategic plans, and support logistics for and auditing of the Compassionate Care Team.
- Data & Reporting: Assist with developing an enterprise-wide database for response plans, organizing department files, and preparing the department’s end-of-year report.
