We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will represent our brand, educate customers on product solutions, and ensure a smooth buying experience from first contact through post-purchase support.
This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands solution-based selling, and is passionate about helping customers find the technology industry.
Business Development & Prospecting
1. Identify, target, and qualify new leads across assigned territories or verticals.
2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new opportunities.
3. Attend trade shows, industry events, and virtual webinars to build pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
2. Develop strong relationships with security systems integrators, resellers and installers.
3. Understand customer needs, project timelines, and budgets to recommend the right solutions.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Sales Cycle Ownership
1. Deliver product presentations, demos, and solution recommendations.
2. Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing based on customer requirements.
3. Negotiate deals and close opportunities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Product Knowledge
1. Develop a strong understanding of our product lines, including IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, AI-powered security solutions, and specialty systems.
2. Stay up to date on new releases, competitive offerings, and industry trends.
Internal Collaboration
1. Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead quality.
2. Coordinate with Technical Support and Engineering to ensure customer success.
3. Provide customer feedback that influences future product improvements.
Required Qualifications
1. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or channel development (technology or security industry preferred).
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle and close deals.
4. Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
5. Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
