We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will handle daily sales operations, customer communications, order processing, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Research shipping costs, schedule installations, and manage client communications.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building relationships, and following up on inquiries.
Manage new leads, sales inquiries, and schedules using CRM software (Goldmine).
Assist with processing orders, tracking invoices, and maintaining accurate client records.
Support sales meetings with reports, presentations, and sales proposals.
Coordinate with internal departments to address client issues.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
Track sales goals and performance metrics.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence management.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
