We are actively looking for an eager Sales Executive from the automotive lighting industry! We are a stable company with growth and advancement opportunities! This person will generate new clients while managing existing key accounts.
Duties include:
– Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
– Conducting product/service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
– Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
– Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.
– Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
– Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress, and generating regular performance reports.
– Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
– Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications include:
– Minimum of 2 years of sales/account management experience
– Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in wholesale sales; knowledge of e-commerce sales in the auto parts industry is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
– Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is preferred
– Ability to travel frequently for business
– Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
– Strong negotiation, presentation, conflict resolution, decisive thinking, and leadership skills
– Customer centric, growth focused, excellent communicator, and detailed individual
