Are you passionate about HVAC technology and solving real-world engineering challenges? Join our team as a Sales Field Applications Engineer and become the technical bridge between our innovative EC fan solutions and leading HVACR customers.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing engagement—helping OEMs and system integrators optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability across HVACR applications.
What You’ll Do
Promote EC fan products and their benefits in HVACR systems.
Provide first-line technical support—resolving electrical, mechanical, and airflow challenges with full R&D backup.
Visit customer sites (plants, labs, engineering centers) to support projects and gather requirements.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through technical discussions and application reviews.
Translate customer needs into proposals, quotes, fan selections, and validation plans.
Support design-in cycles: airflow/pressure matching, acoustics, electrical interfaces, and motor control.
Coordinate with HQ R&D on testing, performance modifications, and escalations.
Track project progress, maintain CRM accuracy, and deliver timely forecasts.
Stay ahead of HVACR market trends and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with EC fan selection and performance curve interpretation.
Familiarity with HVACR equipment: air handlers, condensers, evaporators, heat pumps, refrigeration, ventilation.
Knowledge of power electronics, BLDC motor control, PWM/analog signal control, and electrical integration.
Proven track record of technical design-in wins from concept to production.
Experience collaborating with global R&D teams
