As a Sales Operations Manager with BrandSafway, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive support to our Sales, Operations, Inside Sales, and Leadership Teams within your assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and be proficient with various tools and platforms to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. 

While this role is aligned with our Long Beach, CA location, we are also seeking candidates based in key Southwestern markets including SoCal, San Diego, Pheonix, SLC & Denver. This role requires a minimum of 50% travel and includes an on target pay for performance (P4P) bonus starting at 10%.

Responsibilities  

  • Standardize and collaborate on developing effect sales strategies for the inside sales that align with company and regional initiatives 
  • Provide general support to regional leadership and sales teams as appropriate. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for leadership, highlighting sales metrics, targets, and year-to-date progress. 
  • Uphold compliance with Salesforce standards and ensure data integrity. 
  • Assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) compilation. 
  • Implement process standardization and collaborate on developing effective sales strategies. 
  • Participate in sales meetings with relevant sales leaders to align sales objectives and track target progress. 
  • Assist with selection, onboarding and training of new Inside Sales team members. 
  • Oversee daily activities, monitor progress towards goals, and track Inside Sales metrics. 
  • Facilitate weekly group calls to share best practices and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members for mentorship, guidance, and additional training as needed. 
  • Assist with pre-qualification processes and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from customers as needed.  
  • Align with regional growth initiatives to drive growth in assigned target products, customer groups, and geographies. 
  • Serve as the regional Salesforce SME, providing frontline support, training, and communication of updates to the sales team, while also acting as a liaison with the corporate team regarding enhancement requests. 
  • Provide general support to regional leadership and the sales team as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline plus 3+ years outside business-to-business sales and operations experience required.
  • Without college degree, 7+ years outside sales and operations experience required or significant experience (5+ years) in construction or related industry along with demonstrated leadership abilities. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams. 
  • Experience in creating, editing, and delivering presentations. 
  • Ability to attend and participate in conferences and tradeshows. 
  • Experience with market analysis and report generation. 
  • Previous experience in sales support, business analytics, sales operations and business development or a similar role is preferred.
