? Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead to design, implement, and manage a new enterprise-level Contract Compliance function within a leading financial institution.
This high-impact role focuses on ensuring all purchase orders (POs) are systematically tied to contracts, improving efficiency, visibility, and audit compliance across sourcing and procurement.
You’ll partner with the Procurement, Contract Management, and Enabling Capabilities teams to engineer scalable, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and strengthen reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Implementation
- Develop and operationalize a new enterprise contract compliance process.
- Ensure all POs are systematically tied to contracts for improved auditability.
- Define and document workflows across sourcing, contracting, and procurement.
SAP Ariba Expertise
- Serve as the SME for SAP Ariba Contracts and Sourcing (Upstream) and Buying & Invoicing (Downstream).
- Configure and optimize Ariba modules to support contract compliance.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data connectivity and performance.
Supplier Master Management
- Design and maintain a robust Supplier Master framework aligned to contract hierarchy and sourcing strategy.
- Safeguard supplier data integrity and ensure alignment with contract terms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to align contract compliance goals with sourcing strategy.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and procurement leadership.
Reporting & Monitoring
• Develop dashboards and compliance reporting to track supplier performance and efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance processes and adherence.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience leading and implementing SAP Ariba Contract Compliance processes.
• Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules.
• Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures.
• Strong sourcing and contracting process knowledge in large-scale organizations.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of new processes and tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments.
