We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scanner/File Clerk to join our team in Pasadena. This role involves maintaining office records in both paper and electronic formats, including scanning, organizing, and indexing documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan and index documents, ensuring quality control and accuracy.
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
Create log sheets, reports, and production summaries for scanning work.
Conduct quality assurance on all scanning and data entry tasks.
Research industry best practices and recommend strategies for record management.
Ensure records are maintained and disposed of according to federal guidelines.
Manage both hardcopy and electronic record inventories.
Provide recommendations on document formats, naming conventions, and storage methods.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in History or related field, or equivalent experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
