The UCLA Asset Management Department provides full-service property management for University-owned high-rise office buildings in Westwood (eight buildings containing 2M SF, occupied by 150 primarily University tenants and generating $30M of rental income), and limited-service property management to 90 other University owned properties. Salary & Compensation

Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. 1 year Security experience in a High-Rise Building (Required)
Skill in interacting diplomatically with the public in a high volume, continuous public contact setting. (Required)
Ability to assess a problematic or emergency situation and plan/execute an appropriate solution in a quick manner. (Required)
Ability to independently resolve issues working within a set of policies and procedures. (Required)
Ability to relay information, either in writing or verbally, in a professional manner, in order to write reports or relay information to the public or to the organization and its representatives. (Required)
Ability to walk and/or sit continuously for at least 3 hours consecutively. (Required)
Ability to hear and see to identify life threatening or criminal circumstances and communicate that information over a two-way police radio. (Required)
Ability to maintain equanimity in the face of resistance, indifference or hostility. (Required)
Skill in working independently and following through on assignments and duties with minimal direction. (Required)
Ability to attend to detail and follow through on all assigned duties and tasks to completion in a proscribed period of time. (Required)
Ability to adhere to all scheduling requirements. (Required)

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
Guard Card from California Bureau of Security and Investigation Services (Required)
