Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing location where you will monitor entry points, manage access control and/or badge activity, and complete routine patrols to help support a secure environment. Day Time Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and credential checkpoints to help control site access for employees, contractors, visitors, and/or deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access control concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Document visitor activity, access exceptions, incident details, and other security-related information in site logs and/or reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
