As a Security Officer Distribution Center in La Habra, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will support access control by checking credentials, issuing badges, managing visitor sign-in, and monitoring entry points to help reduce unauthorized access. You will complete routine patrols of assigned areas, stay visible, and provide clear, professional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state, and you will bring integrity, teamwork, and innovation to every shift.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Control access to the facility by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in and/or badge processes, monitoring entry points, and directing individuals to appropriate destinations per site policy.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and document security-related activity in logs and reports in accordance with post orders and privacy requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Guard Card/License preferred.
- Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
