As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, observing for any unusual conditions or potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, entrances, and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of activities at the location.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents or situations requiring attention.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and thoroughly as required by site procedures.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and general information as part of providing a positive presence on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
