Day Time Mon 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Tue 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Wed 02:30 PM – 11:00 PM Sat 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM Sun 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and employees at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.
  • Communicate with property management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding any unusual activity or concerns at the location.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including directing occupants and coordinating with first responders when appropriate.
  • Provide customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns related to building access or security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
