As our Senior Project Manager, you will also oversee our department Service Desk, ensuring tickets are properly assigned and that communication with clients and developers is timely and clear. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years? experience is required with minimum of 7 years? experience preferred in digital and/or application development project management including familiarity with project management tools and ticket systems specifically Atlassian Jira. (Required) Demonstrated experience serving as a team leader with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to interact and communicate with a wide array of divergent personalities in an efficient, positive, and professional manner. (Required) Experience developing project budgets and success staying within budget during execution; accurate math skills including calculating ratios, rates and percentages sufficient for analysis. (Required) Experience with Blackbaud CRM is strongly preferred. (Preferred) Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred. (Preferred) Knowledge of CMS tools such as WordPress, Drupal and Craft. (Required) Knowledge of marketing, design, web development, e-communications and general creative and web development process. Skill in creating and developing production processes. (Required) In-depth knowledge of full web and email development lifecycle: sitemap, wireframes, mockups, development and testing; mass email tools and email best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Required) Proficient in HTML. (Required) Highly organized and detail oriented with demonstrated experience in prioritizing responsibilities, managing time of numerous team members, and tracking details of multiple projects simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced environment. (Required) Excellent follow-through skills with strong ability to monitor project workflow and juggle a high volume of complex projects simultaneously – often in various stages of development – from commencement to completion within budget and on deadline. (Required) Outstanding written adept at communicating effectively with others inside/outside the unit, including conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences. (Required) Demonstrated ability to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies and contribute frequent suggestions. Ability to learn new software applications and systems. (Required) Ability to anticipate issues/challenges and to troubleshoot to develop strategies to bring the parties involved to a mutually agreed upon solution. (Required) Proactive, self-starter that can maintain an upbeat, positive attitude and work collaboratively in a team environment. (Required) Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations PMP and CSM certification strongly preferred.
