What you will be doing: The Senior Epic Inpatient Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational, and application build expertise in completing the more complex assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. May lead projects. Performs sophisticated level design, build and implementation assignments/ projects. Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate complex requirement/concepts into functionality. May be lead on team projects: translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations. Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners. Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications. Qualifications Experience Requirements: Four (4) plus years of Epic Inpatient build/implementation experience. Strong project management experience. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Educational/Certification Requirements: HIgh School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred) Epic Certification required. Preferred in one or more of the following modules: Orders, Order Transmittal, ClinDoc, Stork, and/or ASAP.
