Description
As a Senior HCP Engagements Manager, you will lead and ensure compliant, effective, and ethical engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs). This is a high-impact role that helps safeguard our business by aligning HCP interactions with regulatory requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, and global healthcare compliance standards.
What You will Be Doing:
- Advise business partners-including Marketing, Medical & Scientific Affairs-on HCP engagement strategies that meet compliance and legal standards.
- Review and approve HCP engagements, identifying risks and ensuring alignment with KSUS policies and regulations.
- Validate Fair Market Value (FMV) for HCP compensation and support the continuous improvement of FMV frameworks.
- Analyze HCP engagement data, deliver actionable insights to leadership, and track key compliance metrics.
- Support the development and communication of policies, procedures, training, and guidance related to HCP interactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and internal advisor for compliance issues involving HCP engagements.
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, MS, or JD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in compliance roles within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations (AKS, FCA, Sunshine, etc.).
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships across functions and levels of seniority.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and judgment skills.
- Proficiency in compliance and contract management systems.
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or CCEP a plus.
