We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior New Accounts/CSR III: professional who will take a leadership role in opening, servicing, and managing consumer and complex business accounts, while delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with both customers and employees. This role requires strong banking operations knowledge, supervisory potential, and a commitment to compliance and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Open, service, and manage consumer account relationships as well as complex business account relationships.

Lead conversation with customers and business clients to determine account needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

Maintain excellent customer relations, acting as a role model for teamwork, positivity, and professionalism.

Ensure all account documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with banking policies and regulatory requirements (including BSA, information security standards, etc.).

Handle confidential customer and internal information with discretion and excellent judgment.

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and bank-specific software to process, document, and follow up on account activity.

Mentor or supervise junior staff (if applicable) and support training, development and performance of CSR team members.

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer experience, resolve issues, and refer customers appropriately.

Stay current on policies, procedures, and regulations, contributing to operational excellence and risk mitigation.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum of 3?years’ banking teller experience is required.

Advanced experience opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts.

Prior supervisory experience is preferred (but not required).

Minimum of three years of strong customer relations experience, with demonstrated ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative and positive manner.

Strong knowledge of basic banking regulations such as the Bank?Secrecy?Act (BSA) and Information?Security compliance.

Excellent judgment, high levels of integrity, and ability to accept responsibility for sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems/ programs.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to adapt in a busy banking environment.
