About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Senior Onsite Service Specialist to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. In this essential role, you’ll be the go-to person for handling and organizing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and preparation for scanning. If you’re someone who enjoys a structured routine, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable with moderate physical activity, we’d love to hear from you!
Daily Responsibilities:
– Open and date-stamp all incoming mail
– Sort mail by department and prepare for internal distribution
– Deliver sorted mail to respective departments
– Prep and assist with scanning incoming mail
– Meter all outgoing mail by department
– Perform light to moderate lifting (under 50 lbs.); assistance is available if needed
– Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom operation
Requirements:
– Ability to walk and lift moderately throughout the day
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
– Team player with a can-do attitude
