Job Title: Senior Site Leader
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Atlanta GA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Senior Site Leader. You will manage day-to-day facility operations including document printing, hospitality and meeting setup, and mail pickup and delivery while overseeing a team of three onsite employees. This role requires strong leadership skills to train, guide, and support staff, along with the ability to operate advanced office equipment and maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day office facility operations including document printing, hospitality/event setups, and mail pickup/delivery
- Supervise and support a team of 3 onsite staff, providing coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight
- Operate advanced office equipment and ensure accurate, efficient workflow
- Deliver training to employees on processes, equipment use, and customer service expectations
- Maintain organization, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet service goals
- Regularly lift paper boxes up to 50 lbs and perform extensive walking throughout the facility
- Stay current with relevant technology and process improvements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of related experience, including leadership or team-lead responsibilities
- Strong technical aptitude with complex machinery
- Excellent communication, organization, and goal-setting skills
