Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Raleigh, NC
Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000
Assignment Duration: Direct Hire – Permanent

We’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant who’s passionate about client service, team development, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
-Lead the review of non-complex individual and business tax returns
-Prepare complex tax returns and develop strategic tax planning solutions
-Manage client projects and ensure key deadlines are met
-Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
-Mentor, train, and supervise junior staff
Qualifications:
-3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm (corporate accounting not applicable)
-CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing)
-Proficiency in tax software (Thomson Reuters Suite, SurePrep preferred)
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and team members effectively
