Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Taunton, MA (On-Site)
Contract: 3-4 months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to maximize productivity

Create and follow up on work orders; ensure completion

Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate subcontractor work

Assist with paperwork, contracts, and quality checks

Order, receive, and distribute materials/equipment

Conduct physical inventory and daily reporting

Serve as liaison between Sales, Project Managers, and technicians

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

3+ years administrative experience in sales or service; ERP knowledge preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and data management
