Title: SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant (Contract)
Location: Uptown Charlotte Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to lead the design and development of a Project and Portfolio Management Toolkit for our Merchant Services organization. This role is critical to building a collaborative, data-driven solution that supports enterprise project management at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a project grouping framework by business unit, including support for shared and reassignable projects
  • Develop collaborative project workspaces to manage documentation, issues, and risks
  • Create standardized project templates and automation workflows for efficient project setup
  • Build a suite of dynamic, multi-dimensional portfolio reports
  • Implement monthly data snapshots for historical tracking
  • Integrate and transform data from other SharePoint sources
  • Define and implement a secure access and permissions model
  • Author support/change documentation and conduct end-user training

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in SharePoint development and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of data transformation and workflow automation
  • Experience designing and implementing secure, user-friendly collaboration environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams
