Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our commercial project sites in Asheville. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams and workflows in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and implement project plans, drawings, and blueprints accurately.
Lead and manage on-site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain clear, consistent communication between field staff, project managers, and clients.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate scheduling, material deliveries, and equipment needs.
Resolve on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing crews in a commercial, hands-on work environment.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
OSHA certification or safety training is a plus.
