The Site Security Manager will develop and implement a high degree of effective security strategies and policies, oversee incident and crisis management activities, provide security-related counsel, and complete investigative and security assignments while leading a team. This is a temporary assignment (six months).

  1. Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Develop, implement, follow up and review security strategies, policies and regulations.
  3. Conduct security analysis, audits, and training.
  4. Maintain state-required security licenses.
  5. Oversee security incident response and crisis management activities.
  6. Manage and coordinate operations of a security team.
  7. Meet regularly with client representatives for status updates, addresses any actual or potential problems, provide support during service level changes, and support security planning and assessments.
  8. Manage and prioritize safety and security projects.
  9. Be relied upon as a subject matter expert.
  10. All other duties, as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of law enforcement, military, and/or security leadership experience, preferred. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $38/hour.
