Spa Manager –
Seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Spa Manager to lead our clinic. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives on autonomy, drives revenue, and ensures an exceptional luxury patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations: staffing, scheduling, client care, and treatment flow.
Drive revenue growth through treatment plan sales, retail performance, and patient retention.
Execute local marketing, social media, and community outreach campaigns.
Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team.
Oversee compliance, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Maintain brand standards, SOPs, and performance reporting.

Key Metrics
Treatment & retail revenue
Consultation-to-treatment conversions
Patient retention
Marketing campaign ROI

Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish & English) and California Esthetician License required.
Proven success managing a medical spa or high-end aesthetic business.
Strong leadership, marketing, and operational skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
Experience with hyperpigmentation or medical aesthetics preferred.
