**Looking for someone that has managed a salon or spa**

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • California Esthetician License (required) OR Cosmetology License required
  • Proven success managing a medical spa, high-end aesthetic clinic, or related service-based business.
  • Track record of driving revenue through treatments, retail sales, and marketing execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy to make decisions as long as results are delivered.
  • Knowledge of hyperpigmentation treatments or medical aesthetics is highly preferred.

Seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded Spa Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-driven environment, exercises autonomy in decision-making, and can execute high-impact marketing and revenue initiatives.

Key Functions:
1.Revenue Generation & Sales Growth – Drive treatment plan sales, retail product sales, and patient maintenance programs.
2.Marketing & Community Engagement – Own execution of local marketing campaigns, digital/social media outreach, and community partnerships to attract and retain patients.
3.Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and coach staff to deliver exceptional patient care, upsell retail products, and maintain high consultation-to-treatment conversions.
4.Business Systems & Scalability – Maintain and improve SOPs, KPI reporting, and processes to support future multi-location/franchise expansion.
5.Clinic Operations & Compliance – Manage all daily operations, ensuring adherence to California regulations and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations: scheduling, staffing, client service, and treatment flow.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and California medical aesthetics regulations.
  • Implement and track performance of marketing initiatives (including social media and community outreach) in coordination with corporate marketing.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships for efficiency.
  • Ensure a pristine, professional, and luxury clinic environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client care and ensure consistently positive patient experiences.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to support consistency and scalability.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

  • Monthly Treatment Revenue: Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Retail Product Sales %: Maintain strong retail-to-treatment sales ratio.
  • Consultation-to-Treatment Conversion Rate: Maximize conversion of consultations into paid treatments.
  • Patient Retention Rate: Sustain and grow repeat visit rates over 3–6 months.
  • Marketing Campaign ROI: Demonstrate measurable impact from campaigns, including digital/social reach and local activations.
