MILITARY VETERANS
Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Space Systems Engineer to support the Space Force Customer out of LA AFB in El Segundo, CA on a full time on-site engagement. TS/SCI clearance required for consideration.
Responsibilities for the Space Systems Engineer include:
· Performing user engagement, develop strategic roadmaps, and support development of projects
· Work with government in testing and evaluation of data exploit projects at the TAP Laboratory
· Support ongoing and future SSC/SN acquisition and development
· Support entire development lifecycle for space systems as well as make recommendations to the government
Qualifications for the Space Systems Engineer include:
· Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years or Masters with 4 years of experience
· Strong understanding of Space/Air Force missile warning, missile tracking/characterization, and/or missile defense
· Experience with either Agile software development or devsecops highly desired
· Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (Willing to upgrade from TS)
Compensation for the Space Systems Engineer includes:
· Salary Range: $125-150K based on experience
