As a Senior Advanced Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will guide a

team of advanced manufacturing engineers during the development phase of new

product introduction, NPI, to drive innovation and excellence in our aerospace

technology solutions. You will be accountable for overseeing the development

and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions to advance our

aerospace factories.

You will report directly to our Senior Director and youll work out of our

Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of

aerospace technology by spearheading the development of design for

manufacturability and cost that push the boundaries of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide a team of advanced manufacturing engineers to design, develop, and

    implement cutting-edge manufacturing solutions that set up and enable our

    factories to produce product with a high yield and low cost

  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive design for manufacturability

    & cost focusing on KPIs that support launching products into our

    factories.

  • Identify opportunities for improving producibility and reducing cost to

    enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S.

The annual base salary range for this position is 177,000 – $221,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical

    discipline such as Aerospace Engineering.

  • Proven experience in new product development within the aerospace

    industry.

  • Strong guide and project management skills.
