Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role
The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a strategic and agile resource within our client’s the HR Project Management Office (PMO). This role provides flexible support to project managers across various initiatives, acting as a “force multiplier” to accelerate project delivery and maintain momentum.
Team Overview
The HR PMO manages key initiatives, system changes, and operational projects across the HR function. The team focuses on efficiency, speed, governance, and operational excellence through high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support: Provide immediate, flexible support, including light project management duties (tracking, coordination, logistics).
Project Deliverables: Develop high-quality outputs such as executive presentation decks, business process diagrams, and system mock-ups/wireframes.
Data Interpretation: Analyze existing HR data and PMO metrics to identify trends, diagnose pain points, and inform project recommendations.
Process Optimization: Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and document functional requirements and user stories.
Success Metrics
Project Velocity: Ability to remove roadblocks and manage urgent tasks to keep projects on schedule.
Quality: Accurate documentation, functional requirements, and process maps.
Versatility: Breadth of high-priority project support tasks performed.
Efficiency: Reduction in manual work through AI/automation adoption.
Tool Adoption: Effective integration and use of AI platforms within the PMO.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) or versatile project support roles. Experience creating executive-level presentations, requirements documentation, and system mock-ups/wireframes.
Tools: Proficiency in presentation and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Suite). Familiarity with AI/automation platforms (Gemini preferred).
Skills: Strong communication and consultative skills, resilience, agility, ability to interpret complex data, and light project management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
3–5+ years in BSA, PMO, or equivalent roles within large-scale HR or corporate environments.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume project settings.
