Description
As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various equipment, including PLC, Conveyor, Packaging, Palletizing, Sortation, ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems), and other material handling systems. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in various environments and conditions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
This position requires extensive travel, approximately 85% of the time.

The salary for this position is ($72900.00 – 9300.00). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel to customer sites in the Western United States to provide technical support and maintenance for equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on PLC, Conveyor, Packaging, Palletizing, Sortation, ASRS, and other material handling systems
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment maintenance and repair procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities

YOU MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in field service or maintenance of PLC, Conveyor, Packaging, Palletizing, Sortation, ASRS, and other material handling systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 85%
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
