MILITARY VETERANS

This position is the subject matter expert for a crucial aspect of the IT environment at MWD – administering and supporting its client /endpoint computers. The responsibilities surround day-to-day, enterprise-wide management and maintenance of nearly 2,000 Microsoft Windows clients using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and other tools. Managing small projects and leading initiatives are integral duties.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four years of relevant experience.

Relevant Experience is defined as: combination of experience in the following: Creating and managing Microsoft Windows client operating system images for different models of PC hardware; Packaging and deploying applications; Client administration using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager aka SCCM; Preparation and application of security patches and updates; and PowerShell plus Windows Command Script use.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
License(s): Valid California Class C Driver’s License or equivalent (required at time of application) that allows you to drive during your employment.
