Join a solid, dynamic, and fast-growing company seeking an experienced Hydronic and Plumbing Estimator who is ready to make an immediate impact. This role is responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates while supporting the sales team, maintaining estimating databases, and helping develop innovative estimating methods. The Estimator will act as a lead on large-scale pursuits such as Design/Build, Design Assist, GMP, budgets, and conceptual estimates, while mentoring and supporting other estimators within the department. Collaboration is key, as this position works closely with project managers, trade partners, engineering, BIM, fabrication, and field operations throughout preconstruction and project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong estimating software expertise, deep industry experience, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to continuous improvement and company-wide success.
