As a Sr. Program Analyst, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of long-term cost management and reduction programs, specifically targeting profitability for our Next Gen EV platforms. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to optimize cost of goods sold (COGS) and inform critical product attribute decisions. Based in our Long Beach, Palo Alto, or Dearborn hubs, you will provide the transparent financial reporting and executive-level insights-including Board of Directors materials-that influence the most significant strategic decisions in Ford’s history.
We are looking for a candidate with a “first principles” mindset who is ready to tackle ambiguous challenges head-on, navigate massive datasets, build automated reporting tools, and provide the quantitative evidence needed to drive multi-billion dollar decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technical ambitions remain aligned with our profitability roadmaps.

- Lead business case analysis on complex vehicle product attribute and user experience changes, enabling executives to make informed decisions impacting the Ford customer.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to break down both customer revenue and COGS to the unit figures across the full breadth of the vehicle program income statement.

- Drive transparent financial reporting and cost status reporting; deliver critical updates to executive stakeholders up to and including Board of Directors level materials.
