We are seeking a SR Warehouse Associate with 5–7 years of experience to support mission-critical order processing functions and warehouse operations. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global company making a difference in millions of lives.
Location: 2222 Stanley Road, Indianapolis, IN 46168
Start Date: May 27, 2025 End Date: May 23, 2026
Pay Rate: $27.02/hr Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM (includes 45-min lunch break)
Reports To: Distribution Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions such as picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
- Receive and put away raw materials or manufactured goods.
- Unload trucks, verify quantities, and record entries in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Use RF scanning devices to manage inventory and complete customer orders.
- Adhere to strict standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with OSHA, FDA, DEA, and other regulations.
- Participate in material destruction processes and general area upkeep.
- Ensure full compliance with required training and internal quality procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5–7 years of warehouse/distribution experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience using RF scanners and operating pallet jacks/stand-up powered industrial trucks
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy
- Must be flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime if needed
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be comfortable working in chilled environments (36–46F)
- Able to stand, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend throughout shift
- No known allergies to antibiotics
