You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—managing inventory, leading a team, delivering product expertise, and ensuring exceptional service that keeps contractors and retail customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations including sales, inventory, customer service, and team performance.

Serve as a product specialist—providing knowledgeable guidance to walk-in customers, contractors, and trade professionals.

Champion sales goals by managing and coaching both counter sales and outside sales staff.

Ensure inventory accuracy, manage restocking and special orders, and coordinate product transfers and deliveries.

Maintain high standards in store presentation—cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times.

Cultivate vendor partnerships and monitor pricing strategies to protect margins.

Develop and mentor team members through training, performance evaluations, and morale-building.

Enforce company policies consistently and model fair leadership.

Communicate store performance and insights to ownership and regional leadership to align on goals.

Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly and professionally.

Handle additional duties as assigned to support operational success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong expertise in plumbing supplies, tools, and product applications.

Proven experience in retail management—ideally within a plumbing supply or related hardware environment
