We are excited for 2024 and seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth on the West Coast. Job Description The Strategic Account Executive will be an integral part of Comcast Technology Solution’s exciting new Cybersecurity business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to large enterprises and federal government. Currently, the business unite sells two proven solutions, BluVector and DataBee, which are used internally by the Comcast CISO organization. These solutions are advanced threat detection, advanced threat hunting and security operations center and compliance offerings that improve security and compliance in a cost-effective manner. DataBee, the growth engine of the division, stands out as a groundbreaking security and compliance data fabric platform. Reporting to Vice President and General Manager Nicole Bucala, the Strategic Account Director will find the next major customers for DataBee. You will ensure successful adoption of DataBee by enterprise customers to solve a myriad of interesting challenges from Continuous Controls Monitoring, threat hunting, PCI readiness, and more using a security data fabric. Core Responsibilities Take ownership of driving new business with global accounts based in the United States Become a trusted advisor to prospect accounts and existing customers, showcasing expertise and empathy. Link Comcast’s leading technology to solid business cases. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product Management and Product Marketing Generate opportunities, using creative ideas as well as new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and partners. Win deals through world-class planning and preparation, as well as being consultative in your approach to solving real business problems. Use past experience and sound business judgment to decide the best way to drive growth in the security and compliance data fabric segment. Required Skills and Experience: Experience working with SaaS security enterprise technology Handling a similar sized account batch, understanding complex sales cycles Affinity for software, ideally with a knack for IT security Net new logo accomplishments and value selling experience Passionate focus on Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including thoughtful planning and preparation. Relevant Work Experience 10 Years + Salary: National Pay Range: $93,337.50 USD-$218,759.76 USD Additional Range: This job can be performed in California, Colorado, and Washington with a Pay Range of $116,671.87 – $218,759.76 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Targeted Commission: $150,000 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
