Description
Our Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to assist our Child and Adult Neurodevelopmental Clinic (CAN). The CAN is a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostics assessment servicing children, adolescents, and adults. Primary duties include:
- Assist with patient intakes (screening, tracking, and referrals)
- Coordinating patients appointments
- Assist with clinic filing systems
- Other duties as assigned
Please note: this is for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
Salary range: $18.20/hr – $30/hrQualifications
- Must be current UCLA Student
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to assist with data entry for research studies
- Ability to schedule patient and administrative appointments
- Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with all staff and patients
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with direction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
