Description
The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Student Assistant to help support our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department. Our department cares for patients with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders. We provide targeted, individual care for patients of all ages through a range out outpatient services. Primary duties include:
- Assisting with referral processes
- Supporting scheduling and coordination of appointments
- Assisting with filing systems
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Salary range: $17.90/hr – $26/hrQualifications
Must be a current UCLA studentAbility to assist with data entry Strong organization skills and attention to detailClear and professional verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills to interact with faculty, staff, and coworkersAbility to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly word and excel
