Description
Our UCLA Health Community Clinics is seeking a part-time Student Worker to support our Orthopedic Clinic in Santa Monica. Our Clinic provides orthopedic care for patients with new injuries affecting a bone, joint, tendon, or muscle. Primary responsibilities include:
- Copying and organizing medical records
- Faxing, mailing, and iCapping documents
- Categorizing and filing records
- Data entry and uploading imaging
- Delivering items within the clinic
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Please note, you must be a currently enrolled UCLA Student
Salary range: $24/hr – $47/hrQualifications
Must be a currently registered UCLA studentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable interacting with individuals and groupsProficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Please note: skills are subject to testingExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexible and able to accommodate varying work schedule
