We are seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to meet supply chain objectives. This role will support daily functions and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
?? Location: 1200 Anderson Corner Rd, Parma, ID 83660
?? Pay Rate: $17– $20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including preparation of various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and M3/SAP.
  • Enter orders from the main shipping warehouse to distribution centers.
  • Work with Regional Supply Planners to obtain order updates and communicate weekly progress to distribution centers.
  • Create manufacturing orders for the production team to package products prior to shipment.
  • Prepare export shipping documentation for multiple countries.
  • Coordinate closely with Shipping and Logistics teams to ensure on-time, in-full shipments.
  • Perform inventory adjustments and other transactions as needed to ship products to appropriate facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Shipping & Receiving experience.
