Immediate need for an experienced Surgery Scheduler seeking a new opportunity with room for further growth. This role will support the Reconstructive Surgery Department of a prestigious medical organization with the following duties:

– Schedule surgeries as well as pre and post-op appointments
-Ensure that prior-authorizations are in order
-Coordinate any pre-operative testing, labs or imaging
-Submit authorizations
-Collect all signatures in surgery packets
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-2 years of prior surgery scheduling experience
-Experience using an EMR system-Epic preferred
